SYC STALLIONS (Rising U16B in Fall 2009)
Tryouts for the upcoming 2009-2010 seasonal year will be held as follows -
Wednesday, June 10th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM @ South Run Rec Center (Field #5)
Wednesday, June 17th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM @ South Run Rec Center (Field #5)
Friday, June 19th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM @ West Springfield HS
The Stallions will be conducting open tryouts for all positions.
If you have a passion for soccer, are willing to work hard while still having fun, and strive to improve your skill and knowledge of the game, you are encouraged to attend our tryouts and compete for a roster spot.

ABOUT THE SYC STALLIONS: (Rising U-16 boys born after 8/1/93.) The SYC Stallions travel team are completing another successful season competing in Div. 4 of the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL). The Stallions will again be playing in the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL) for the Fall 2009 season.
The Stallions compete in NCSL league play in the Fall and Spring seasons, 2-3 tournaments per season (including the SYC sponsored Virginian Tournament), Winter indoor leagues, along with year-around training.
The Stallions are coached by Bob Ray and Jerry Mason (WSHS Boys JV Head Coach) and use a professional trainer (Scott Simpson - former semi-pro player and ODP, Club and Herndon Varsity Boys coach) one practice a week.
