SYC Boy and Girl Lacrosse Parents,

     ** IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS SO PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE MESSAGE **

UNIFORM TURN-IN:  At the conclusion of your Child's lacrosse season, please turn-in all uniform jerseys (Boys and Girls) and shorts (Girl's only) to your team's head coach per their directive.  Player's will keep their practice pennies and shooting shirts plus Boys will keep their uniform shorts.

EQUIPMENT TURN-IN (BOY PLAYERS ONLY):  All parents/players are required to either return equipment or complete a rental agreement to rent and keep the already issued equipment until the end of next season during one of the below six dates:

1. Wednesday, June 8th, 7:30 - 8:30 PM

2. Monday, June 13th, 7:30 - 8:30 PM

3. Thursday, June 16th, 7:30 - 8:30 PM

4. Saturday, June 18th, 9:00 - 11:00 AM

5. Monday, June 20th, 7:30 - 8:30 PM

6. Wednesday, June 22nd, 7:30 - 8:30 PM

Prior to returning equipment, you are required to launder all pads (ensure to let them drip dry and DO NOT put in dryer) and wipe out all helmets with a bleach/sanitation wipe out of courtesy for the next player to be issued the equipment.

If you desire to rent the equipment and keep it for use during the off season, you are required to come in during one of the turn-in dates and update equipment records, provide an undated $200 'hold" check (if previous hold check was undated, then a new check will not be required), and provide a $25 rental fee (cash or check only).  If renting the equipment, there is no need to bring the equipment with you, unless you need something exchanged.

Regardless if returning or renting equipment, failure to come in and update paperwork or return equipment by the last scheduled equipment issue on June 22nd, will result in your equipment "Hold" check being cashed per the SYC equipment Rental Agreement.  Please DO NOT return equipment directly to the coach (except for previously mentioned uniform clothing items) or to the SYC staff without prior coordination with the SYC Lacrosse Equipment Director, Ron Lukow, who can be e-mailed utilizing the SYC lacrosse committee homepage at www.sycva.com.
