Equipment Rental Return

Please arrange outstanding equipment/uniform returns by contacting Dave Janas - there is a $25 fee per rental period for late returns. Equipment and uniforms must be cleaned before they are returned. For cleaning instructions, please click here. There is a $25 fee for returning items that have not been cleaned. Do not return equipment or uniforms to the SYC Office during normal office hours. There is a $25 appointment fee to return equipment on days other than scheduled return dates. Special arrangements to handle equipment returns are taxing to our volunteers.
Equipment Rental (Summer, Fall and Winter)
SYC lacrosse players may rent equipment during the off-season for Summer, Fall and Winter leagues, camps and clinics. The fee will be $25 per rental period. Beginning in 2006, players may rent for all 3 rental periods for the price of 2 rental periods, provided they pay at the beginning of the Summer rental period. A $100 deposit is required and will be refunded after the equipment is cleaned and returned or after the player checks equipment in and completes an Equipment Issue Agreement for the Spring season. Equipment rental is limited to SYC member families.

- Dec. 1, 2005, 8-9 p.m.
- Jan. 28, 2006, 9-11 a.m.
- March 5, 2006 (Return date for TripleEDGE winter league players. Contact Dave Janas for an appointment. Appointments begin at 2 pm and will be assigned in 5 minute intervals in the order requests are received. Any TripleEDGE players returning equipment on another date are subject to the $25 appointment fee, as specified in the Equipment Rental Agreement.)
Please note the following:
Players that fail to return equipment or uniforms on due dates will be charged a $25 fee per rental period.
Families returning equipment that has not been cleaned will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.
Equipment and uniforms will be issued and returned at the SYC Warehouse, 7075 Newington Road Unit-G Lorton, VA 22079.
To ensure equipment fits properly, players must be present to receive equipment. Players that do not attend equipment issue dates, and want to make individual arrangements to obtain equipment, must pay a $25 administrative fee.
