Our goal is to provide the best possible lacrosse experience for all of our lacrosse families.  In order to continue offering our first-class program and keep registration fees as low as possible, our sponsorship program is essential to our success.

The centerpiece of our sponsorship program is the SYC Lacrosse Yearbook.  The Yearbook is distributed to all lacrosse families and is full of team pictures and rosters, action shots, and candid photos of our players participating in lacrosse activities.  The Yearbook also contains advertisements from our sponsors. Please ask your team coach or the parent of a returning player if you would like to see a copy of last year’s yearbook.

Sponsors buy ads ranging from a full page ($220) to a business card size ($60).  We also have special sponsorship programs (ranging from $300 to $500), which involve full page ads, listings on the SYC Lacrosse web pages, and team plaques for businesses.  Lacrosse families sell the benefits of these advertisements to potential sponsors in our area.  Not only do businesses get excellent exposure, they also get tax deductions!  Click here for a list of our sponsors. 

As an added incentive for our players and their families, for the 2009 season we will be offering the following rewards to teams that reach specific fundraising milestones:

• Each player on SYC Lacrosse teams that collectively raise at least $2,750 in sponsorship funds will receive SYC Lacrosse jackets, embroidered with names and numbers, SYC lacrosse T-Shirts and wrist bands.
• Each player on SYC Lacrosse teams that collectively raise at least $2,000 in sponsorship funds will receive SYC Lacrosse jackets, embroidered with names and numbers.
• Each player on SYC Lacrosse teams that collectively raise at least $1,000 in sponsorship funds will receive SYC Lacrosse T-Shirts.
• Each player on SYC Lacrosse teams that collectively raise at least $500 in sponsorship funds will receive SYC Lacrosse wrist bands.
