This years' winner, Britt Harrison, has been a member of SYC since 1994 and been a volunteer for 22 sports season. He has participated in over 60 seperate activities with SYC over those years coaching soccer and basketball during that period as well as serving, ofter at the same time, as a league director, basketball comissioner and referee. More importantly, he has always shown the willingness to step up and do whatever needed to be done to make our programs better and more effective. His name is Brinton Harrison and he's known to most of us as Brit. His selfless service and unerring volunteer efforts over all these years has convinced the board that it was only fitting that we recognize him this years' Westlien Award Winner.
