All Coaches and Team Parents (SYC Form only for Team Parents) must submit these forms annually to their League Director before coaching SYC Lacrosse players or managing teams.
Per NVYLL rules, Coaches or Team Parents must use this form to submit rosters to their LD at the beginning of the season. This roster must be provided upon request at NVYLL games.
Per NVYLL rules, Coaches must exchange game rosters with coaches of opposing teams before the opening face-off of every game. Failure to exchange game rosters or provide season rosters upon request results in a forfeiture under NVYLL rules.
Please keep tabs on your volunteers’ contributions. Coaches or Team Parents must submit this form no later than one week after the final game of the season to ensure that families receive credit for volunteering.
