Take I-95 north toward Wilson Bridge. Take Route 1 north. Take a right at 1st light onto Franklin St. Go 6 blocks or so, then take a right at 4-way stop onto Royal St. Go all the way to the end (just before bridge). Take a left onto park service road. Go through stop sign; parking lot on your left. Walk back (right) in the direction you came. Go left at the 1st path (under the bridge). The pitch is straight ahead next to the Potomac River.

Field is one mile up on the right. Parking is behind the field house.

Take a right onto Jones Station Road (might be 4th stoplight); look for Amoco and Crown gas stations on the corner. Take a quick left behind the Crown Gas Station. Go up ½ mile and turn left into the parking lot for American Legion Post 175. Field is next to the building.

From Washington, DC: Take I-66 West. Go north on I-81. Take exit #307 for Stephens City/Route 277. Take a right off the entrance ramp to go east on Route 277. Go approx. 4-5 miles through 3-4 stoplights. The last stoplight is the entrance to Sherando High School. Continue straight through this stoplight and you will see Sherando Park about 1/4 mile down along Route 277. There are two entrances to the Park, either a right turn or a left turn. You need to take a left into a parking lot. You will see softball field complex. The rugby field sits directly behind the concession stand/restroom building to the left of the softball fields.

Take the exit to go north on Connecticut Avenue towards Kensington. Stay in the left-hand lanes to stay on Connecticut Avenue northbound (you'll need to veer left near the intersection with University Boulevard just north of downtown Kensington). Directions to home matches at South Run District Park from points north and east:
Take I-495/395/95 south toward Richmond. If coming from Maryland on I-95 south, stay in local lanes for I-95 south. At the Springfield interchange, take exit 169 for Franconia Road east. Follow sign for Frontier Drive (stay in the right lanes and pass Springfield Mall). Take a right onto Frontier Drive. Go through several lights, and then take a right onto the Franconia-Springfield Parkway headed west/north. This turns into the Fairfax County Parkway. Follow it for about 7 miles. After the intersection with Huntsman Boulevard, take the next left into South Run District Park. Matches are usually on fields #4 and #5, which are the first two fields on the left as you enter the park.
Directions from points west:
Take I-66 east toward Washington. Go south/east on the Fairfax County Parkway for several miles. After the intersection with Lee Chapel Road, take the next right into South Run District Park. Matches are usually on fields #4 and #5, which are the first two fields on the left as you enter the park.
