What: Mandatory Team & Parent Meeting

When: Wednesday February 24, 7:00-9:00pm (postponed from February 10)

Where: Glory Days Grill, 9526 Old Keene Mill Road, Burke, VA 22015.  In the back room.

All SYC West End players plus a parent should plan to attend. Here’s the agenda:

• Meet coaches and teammates
• Finalize paperwork

  • Communications -- email is primary; let coaches know in advance about absences
  • Carpooling and helping out teammates
• Review season schedule, discussion re: travel
  • Tournament in Newport News on March 6-7
