South Run Park #5 & #6 Turf: Brown metal box on the opposite side from the bleachers, chained to light post, keep locked at all times to prevent theft. Combination sent out via email from your club rep. Nets, velcro, Corner flags with black rubber bases are inside. Police Non-Emergency Number 703-691-2123 after hours and weekends.

West Springfield HS Turf:  Blue shed on the left side of the track has the key to the light box. Combination sent out via email from your club rep. The light box is to the far right side behind the scoreboard in the woods up one flight of steps and to the right. The corner flags with black rubber bases are stored in the shed along with sandbag weights for the goals. The nets stay on the goals all the time.  NO CANOPIES on or touching the track. LIMIT CLEATS on the track to a minimum.

Lee HS Turf: SYC has a blue/yellow storage shed under the home bleachers. The fence gate near the concession will be locked and we do not have access to that key.  There is no need to jump the fence or crawl under the home bleachers. There is a 2-3 foot gap between the fence & a small utility bldg at the far end of the home bleachers. if you walk down the rock walkway besides and towards the baseball field at the other end of the bleachers there is space to go behind a building with a light post behind it.  The fence stops at the building and doesn’t pickup again until the other side of the light post. The gap is big enough for a person to walk through. Once you gain access to the shed, the light key is attached to the key ring that is hanging on a nail in the shed on the right side.  Just make sure key ring is placed back in the shed once you are finished so the last home game team has access to it to shut off the lights. It does not need to go in someone’s pocket. There is a black duffel back with two nets in it and ample velcro stips. There are four corner flags with black rubber bases. The goals have wheels and should be at the end of the track along with sandbags wrapped in plastic since the high school uses them in the spring.  At the end of Sunday afternoon, the nets are taken off placed in the duffelbag and moved with the corner flags back into the shed. The goals are moved back to the end of the track with the sandbags. Lights are shut off if used. NOTE: SYC Lacrosse will also have equipment in shed too, please do not touch.

Hooes Road Park: 3 sets of portable goals and corner flags are in the shed, keep locked at all times. Combination sent out by your club rep.  Three painters in the shed. Rider lawnmower in the shed.

Key Middle School: 6107 Thomas Drive carport only take the 1 set or two portable goals in bags and the corner flags in a red carrying bag, and 1 painter. The rest of the equipment belongs to SYC House Soccer, do not touch or remove.  The county (CRS) is getting complaints of trash being left on the fields at Key after both practices and games. Please make sure we do a thorough cleanup.
