SYC Volleyball program offers programs for both boys and girls in grades 4 – 12:
League 1 - High school - SPRING ONLY coed league. This league is for youth in high school, grades 9 - 12. If numbers permit, teams are divided into two groups based on experience. Those with more experience are grouped together in Group 1 and those with less experience are grouped together in group 2. The league is co-ed and boys are assigned to teams in Group 1. If the number of players registered is too small for two groups, then one group is formed.

League 3 - Elementary School – coed league. This league is for girls and boys in elementary school, grades 5 and 6. The boys are grouped together on the same team.
Clinics - Elementary school, boys and girls - The clinic is for boys and girls in the 4th grade. It is not a league, but a series of training sessions designed to introduce 4th graders to volleyball.
Summer Coed Volleyball - This program is for high school and middle school youth. It runs during the summer in two sessions. It is not a league, but a pick-up volleyball program with some instruction.
