Pre-Season Conditioning

Please keep in mind that the best way for an athlete to stay active is by doing something they love such as soccer, basketball, ultimate frisbee, tag, etc. Active play should always take priority over daily, structured, running-specific training at this age.

Optional Weekly Workout Plans

These plans are designed for 7th & 8th graders. Younger athletes may complete a modified version of this plan.  Athletes may modify this plan each week (adding new exercises, changing the workouts, etc.).
