Who:  3-6 year olds

Time: 3-4 year olds – 5:00-5:45 PM

5-6 year olds – 6:00-6:45 PM

Cost:  $100 per 5-week session

When:

Mondays

Session 1 (5 weeks) Nov 18, Dec 2, 9, 16 and Jan 6

Session 2 (5 weeks) Jan 20, 27, Feb 3, 10 and 17

 

Wednesdays

Session 1 (5 weeks) Nov 20, Dec 4, 11, 18, and Jan 8

Session 2 (5 weeks) Jan 22, 29, Feb 5, 12 and 19

At ages 3 to 6, youth athletes are in a critical stage of physical development. During these formative years, the primary focus should be on developing fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, and balance. These foundational skills form the building blocks for future athletic performance across all sports. Encouraging natural, playful movements through games and unstructured play helps young athletes develop coordination, agility, and spatial awareness in a safe, low-pressure environment.

Overview

Part I – Sports Movement

  • Run, jump, climb and balance their way through exciting challenges.
  • A playground adventure to help develop coordination, strength and agility without even realizing they’re doing a workout.
  • Fun and Engagement: Ensuring that training is enjoyable to foster a lifelong love for physical activity and sports.
  • Think of this as the ultimate playdate that keeps kids happy, healthy, and ready for more!

Part II Introduction to Soccer Ball Mastery Program

  • A fun and energetic program where kids ages 3-6 learn to dribble, pass, and control the soccer ball.
  • Focus on developing basic ball familiarity, balance, and simple footwork.
  • Encourage fun through simple games and activities.
