5-6 year olds – 6:00-6:45 PM
Cost: $100 per 5-week session

Session 3 (5 weeks) March 11, 18, 25, April 1, and 8
Session 4 (5 weeks) April 22, 29, May 6, 13, and 20
Thursdays
Session 3 (5 weeks) March 13, 20, 27, April 3 and 10
Session 4 (5 weeks) April 24, May 1, 8, 15 and 22
At ages 3 to 6, youth athletes are in a critical stage of physical development. During these formative years, the primary focus should be on developing fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, and balance. These foundational skills form the building blocks for future athletic performance across all sports. Encouraging natural, playful movements through games and unstructured play helps young athletes develop coordination, agility, and spatial awareness in a safe, low-pressure environment.
