Only current members are eligible to vote. (One vote per current member, per family) Current members include families who have registered with us any time from Summer 2023 through Fall 2024. Must have been registered by time eligible voters are pulled from the system.

To be eligible to vote in person, pick up a voting pass when you sign in. You must have a voting pass prior to the meeting being called to order. When the meeting is called to order, no more voting passes will be handed out.  (One vote per current member, per family.)

One administrator of each current family member account will receive an email with a link to vote on August 10th. Voting will open between 8 pm and 8:15 pm. If you are not prepared to cast your vote during that timeframe, you will not be able to vote.
