Purpose of this program

For Girls: To build muscle and correct athletic movements to prevent knee ligament injuries

For Boys: To build muscle and strength to generate more power

Registration Fee

$55 per session. Each session includes 4 workout dates.

  • 2006 Girls
  • 2005 Girls
  • 2004 Girls

Session I:

  • January 12
  • January 26
  • February 2
  • February 9

Session II:

  • February 16
  • February 23
  • March 1
  • March 8

Times

  • 2 pm* - 3 pm: 2004 Boys
  • 3 pm* - 4 pm: 2003 Boys
  • 4 pm* - 5 pm: 2006 Girls
  • 5 pm* - 6 pm: 2005 Girls
  • 6 pm* - 7 pm: 2004 Girls

*Arrive 10 minutes early to warm up.

Equipment/Uniform

Dress in appropriate clothing to allow for stretching and conditioning exercises. 

Bring water.
