COVID-19 Guidelines

CrossFit Burke has advised SYC that it is operating pursuant to and will enforce all state COVID-19 guidelines.

what is the best option for your athlete?

1x/week - This option is for those who are currently playing another sport and looking to maintain strength and reduce injury risk. 

2x/week - This option is for offseason athletes looking to increase performance and reduce injury risk, people interested in getting stronger and more powerful, and aspiring powerlifters. 

3x/week - This option is geared towards offseason athletes and powerlifters who need a higher amount of volume and variation to develop hypertrophy (muscle growth), strength, and power.

Season Dates

  • Start Date: Week of June 12*
  • End Date: August 31*

*Exact start and end dates depend on your selection.

Registration Fee

  • Once a Week: $175
  • Twice a Week: $285
  • Three Times a Week: $350

Late Registration begins June 5th: No additional late fee for late registrations.

Days/Times

Once a Week Participants: 

  • Saturdays from 5PM to 6PM - First Session June 12
  • NOTE: NO SESSION on Sat., July 3 - Session will be held on Wed., June 30 from 7:15PM-8:15PM instead.

Twice a Week Participants: 

Option 1

  • Sundays (9AM to 10:30AM) First Session June 13 and
  • Tuesdays (11AM to 12:30PM)
  • NOTE: NO SESSION on Sun., July 4 - Session will be held on Thur., July 1 from 7:10PM - 8:40PM instead)

Option 2

  • Saturdays (5PM to 6:30PM) First Session June 12 and
  • Sundays (9AM to 10:30AM)
  • NOTE: NO SESSION on Sun., July 4 - Session will be held on Thur., July 1 from 7:10PM - 8:40PM instead)

Three Times per Week Participants:

  • Saturdays (5PM to 6PM) - First Session June 12
  • Sundays (9AM to 10:30AM),
  • Tuesdays (11AM to 12:30PM)
  • NOTE:

Equipment/Uniform

No equipment needed. Players need to wear comfortable, stable shoes (Flat soled recommended), comfortable t-shirt, and shorts.
