COVID-19 Guidelines

CrossFit Burke has advised SYC that it is operating pursuant to and will enforce all state COVID-19 guidelines.

what is the best option for your athlete?

1x/week - 90-minute training session per week that focuses on the Big 3 exercises (Squat, Bench, and Deadlift) and other accessory exercises to promote the development of strength & muscle growth and reduce injury risk. Suitable for beginners and in-season athletes

2x/week - 90-minute training sessions per week that focus on the Big 3 exercises (Squat, Bench, and Deadlift) and other accessory exercises to promote the development of strength & hypertrophy and reduce injury risk. Suitable for some beginners, high-level in-season athletes, off-season athletes, and competitive powerlifters.

Individualized Program - This option is for athletes seeking individualized programming and detailed guidance from one of the coaches. Athletes will have two, 90-minute training sessions w/the group per week and one, 60-minute individual session per week with one of the coaches.

Season Dates

  • Start Date: Week of June 12*
  • End Date: September 1*

*Exact start and end dates depend on your selection.

Registration Fee

  • Once a Week: $215
  • Twice a Week: $315
  • Three Times a Week: $300

Late Registration begins May 31: No additional late fee for late registrations.

Coed: Grades 5 - 12

Days/Times

Once a Week Participants: 

  • Thursdays | 7PM to 8:30PM | First Session June 16
  • OR
  • Sundays | 10AM to 11:30AM | First Session June 12

Twice a Week Participants: 

  • Sundays |10AM to 11:30AM | First Session June 12 
  • Thursdays | 7PM to 8:30PM

Equipment/Uniform

No equipment needed. Players need to wear comfortable, stable shoes (Flat soled recommended), comfortable t-shirt, and shorts.
