Join us this Fall for Girls Tackle 7s! 7-a-side rugby is a fast-paced, fun, and exciting format of rugby (featured in the Olympics). Safety, resilience, courage, and fun, are pinnacles of our game and we can’t wait for you to try. No experience is needed — you’ll be walked through how to play the game, how to tackle and go to ground safely, and you’ll get to enjoy social and fun-filled weekends starting this September!

All players and coaches must input their USA Rugby registration number with SYC registration. If you registered with USA Rugby at https://xplorer.rugby/west-end-syc-rugby/.
IMPORTANT: If you did not play rugby during Fall 2024 or Spring 2025, you must register with USA Rugby at https://xplorer.rugby/west-end-syc-rugby/. USA Rugby has a 2-step process: register for an account and receive a member number; then, continue through the system to pay for the registration.
Start Date
Regular weekday practices begin in September.
End Date: November 16
The fee covers trainers, referees, and tournament fees.
Sunday practices will be at Grove Point Park (formerly Franconia Park), 6400 Bowie Dr, Springfield, and another deignated field during the week.
Matches begin on Sunday, September 21st and continue on Sundays until the Rugby VA State Championships on November 16th.
