1x/week - This is a good option for those who are currently playing another sport and looking to maintain strength and reduce injury risk.
2x/week - This is a good option for offseason athletes looking to increase performance and reduce injury risk, people interested in getting stronger and more powerful, and aspiring powerlifters.

Coed: Grades 5 - 12 as of Fall 2021
Once a Week Participants:

Twice a Week Participants:
NOTE: No sessions the week of December 26th, 2021, for ALL groups.
No equipment needed. Players need to wear comfortable, stable shoes (Flat soled recommended), comfortable t-shirt, and shorts.
