If you're an athlete looking to get stronger, faster, and more powerful, this is the sport for you! Powerlifting is a perfect off-season and in-season sport for athletes who want to increase their athleticism and reduce their injury risk. In our program, we teach the fundamentals of strength training, plyometrics, and speed training to help develop well-rounded athletes. In our strength training, we place special consideration on teaching the squat, bench press, and deadlift. We also offer personal training options for YOUTH AND ADULTS who want more individualized attention to help reach their goals!

ADULT PERSONAL TRAINING
MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL POWERLIFTING 1X/WEEK
(Grades 7-12):
12-weeks|One 90-minute training session per week that focuses on the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift to promote the development of strength & muscle growth and reduce injury risk. Our workouts will also incorporate core exercises, accessory exercises, plyometric exercises (jumping), and speed/agility exercises to create well-rounded athletes. Younger athletes may be allowed into this group upon discretion of the commissioner. Suitable for beginners & in-season athletes.
MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL POWERLIFTING 2X/WEEK
(Grades 7-12):
12-weeks| Two 90-minute training sessions per week that focus on the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift to promote the development of strength & muscle growth and reduce injury risk. Our workouts will also incorporate core exercises, accessory exercises, plyometric exercises (jumping), and speed/agility exercises to create well-rounded athletes. Younger athletes may be allowed into this group upon discretion of the commissioner. Suitable for beginners, high-level in-season athletes, off-season athletes, & competitive powerlifters.
YOUTH POWERLIFTING1X/WEEK (Grades 4-6):
12-weeks | One 60-minute training session per week that focuses on the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift to promote the development of strength & muscle growth, reduce injury risk, and teach foundational movement patterns for youth athletes. This will be a smaller class size (no more than 15 athletes) to ensure each younger athlete receives enough individualized attention from one of our 4 coaches. Our workouts will also incorporate core exercises, accessory exercises, and plyometric exercises (jumping) to develop well-rounded athletes. Suitable for beginners, in-season athletes, and off-season athletes.
YOUTH PERSONAL TRAINING: 12-weeks | This option is for highly-motivated athletes seeking individualized programming and detailed guidance from one of our coaches. Athletes will have two, 90-minute training sessions with the group per week and one, 60-minute 1-on-1 session per week with one of our coaches. Programming will be tailored to the athlete’s specific goals and capabilities. There will be a total of 8 personal training sessions and 24 sessions with the group (32 total sessions). Our coaches are certified personal trainers who have years of experience working with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes to increase their strength, power, and speed. ADULT PERSONAL TRAINING: 12 personal training sessions. This option is for motivated adults with a wide range of goals (improving strength, muscle growth, increasing speed and power, or simply just trying to be healthier). Our coaches are certified personal trainers with several years of experience capable of programming for a wide range of goals.
