1x/week - This is a good option for those who are currently playing another sport and looking to maintain strength and reduce injury risk. 

2x/week - This is a good option for offseason athletes looking to increase performance and reduce injury risk, people interested in getting stronger and more powerful, and aspiring powerlifters. 

Season Dates

  • Start Date: December 12th or 16th*
  • End Date: March 6th or March 10th*

*Exact start and end dates depend on your selection.

Registration Fee

  • Once a Week: $210
  • Twice a Week: $300

Late Registration begins December 1st: No additional late fee for late registrations.


Coed: Grades 5 - 12 as of Fall 2021

Once a Week Participants:

  • Thursdays from 7PM - 8:30PM

  • First Session 12/16/21 
  • Last Session 3/10/22


  • Sundays from 10AM - 11:30AM
    • First Session 12/12/21 
    • Last  Session 3/6/22

Twice a Week Participants:

  • Thursdays (7PM to 8:30PM) and Sundays (10AM to 11:30AM) 
    • First Session 12/12/21 
    • Last  Session 3/10/22

NOTE: No sessions the week of December 26th, 2021, for ALL groups. 


No equipment needed. Players need to wear comfortable, stable shoes (Flat soled recommended), comfortable t-shirt, and shorts.
