South Run Field House

This clinic will teach and review the rules and structure of the game of flag football. We will focus on:

• Position specific training,
• Proper ball carrying techniques,
• Running individual drills, and
• Conditioning. 

This clinic is appropriate for new and experienced players. 

Water and fruit or light snack

• Layers and clothing appropriate for playing outdoors. The field house is not heated. 
• Cleats or tennis shoes
• Mouth guard
