Sign up to walk/run off some of those calories from your delicious Thanksgiving feast! The Turkey Trot will start at the SYC Office at 8706 Morrissette Drive and will continue onto the Lake Accotink trail.

5K and 1K Fun Run options - great for everyone who wants to get outside for some fresh air and exercise.

Check-in will begin at 8:30am at the SYC facility parking lot. Turkey Trot will begin promptly at 9:00am. Please join us after the race for an after party inside the SYC facility. There will be snacks, crafts, music, and games! We encourage you to come dressed in your most festive Thanksgiving outfit. Prize will be given to the funniest dressed 1K racer, and we will be giving prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group for the 5K.

We have also partnered with Koinonia to collect pantry donations. Take a look at the pantry list for their most needed items here: www.koinoniacares.org/food-pantry.html. If you donate at least 3 items, you will be entered in a raffle for a festive Thanksgiving gift basket that include some fun items and gift cards.
