Registration Fees
Early Bird through September 16
- U12 and U14 ($120)
- U16 and 18U ($150)
On-time: September 17th - October 14th

Late: October 15th until capacity reached or registration closes.

Players must also register with USA Rugby. USA Rugby registration opens on or about August 19th
- U12, U14 : Register for Youth Rugby with USA Rugby.
- U16, 18U: Register for High School Rugby with USA Rugby.
$20 discount for each additional player of the same family.

Important Registration Instructions
before registering with West end/syc, you must register with usa rugby.
IMPORTANT: This is for the rugby year that begins on 1 Sep. You won't need to do this part of registration again in the spring or summer 2025.
Go to https://xplorer.rugby/west-end-syc-rugby and follow the prompts. If you are a returning player, the system should find your account with your email address.
You will include the USA Rugby number during West End/SYC registration.

Skills, Fitness, and Rugby IQ Sessions
Sunday Skills, Fitness, and Rugby IQ sessions begin 6 Oct thru 3 Nov. Schedule details are in work.
Players should bring own water, mouth guard, nutrition, ball, and practice jersey. Cleats are recommended.
New players will receive a ball.
Festivals/Tournaments
Boys will compete in Veterans' Day Sevens, 9 Nov, and MedSTAR Sevens, 17 Nov, subject to enough players being registered.
