The clinic will take place on 27 Oct from 0830 - 1530 at Loisdale Turf (behind Priority Toyota);  lunch is included.

The fee for the clinic is included in your Academy fee.

Sessions will be held on these dates throughout the fall & winter:

HSG and MSG will prep for 7s tournaments on Mondays and Wednesdays from 530-730p at Franconia Park. (NOTE: all registered players, boys and girls, are eligible to participate at 7s prep.)

7s Tournament Dates:

• Girls Only: 29 Sep, 6 Oct, 13 Oct, 20 Oct
• Boys Only: 17 Nov (MEDSTAR 7s)

West End/SYC Clinics

All clinics are designed for individual attention (small coach to player ratio) to aid our most proficient AND least experienced players to get better!

• 14 Oct (9-11a, Loisdale Turf (behind Priority Toyota))...focus: the Rugby Mindset and 7s Rugby;
• 10 Nov (2-4p, Lee HS)...focus: Tackle, tackle assist, poach, fend & being on-side;
• 15 Dec (afternoon, exact time TBA)...focus: Pre-season Nutrition and Fitness Plan & set pieces;

• 12 Jan (afternoon, exact time TBA)...Skills evaluation and fitness test;

Grades 3rd - 12th Co-Ed
