This is a fun, high-energy program focused on building strength, speed, and agility for kids. Designed to help young athletes excel in any sport by improving their physical skills while having a blast!
All kids who love to move – no experience needed. Whether you play soccer, basketball, rugby, volleyball, football, flag football, track or just love to run around, this training is for you! These 60-minute sessions will be filled with exciting drills, fun games and cool challenges.
