When:

Session 1:  Nov 18, 2024 - Jan 17, 2025

*There are no classes the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Session 2:  Jan 20, 2025 – Feb 28, 2025

 

Cost: $120 per 6-week session (1 time per week)

Program Objective

This is a fun, high-energy program focused on building strength, speed, and agility for kids. Designed to help young athletes excel in any sport by improving their physical skills while having a blast!

  • Speed & Agility:  Quick footwork drills, ladder exercises, and relay races to build speed and coordination.
  • Strength & Balance:  Fun exercises like obstacle courses, medicine ball games, and resistance bands to boost muscle strength.
  • Endurance & Flexibility:  Stretching and movement games to keep kids flexible and ready for action.
  • Team Spirit:  Make new friends and learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Fun challenges and prizes to keep everyone motivated!
  • A welcoming environment where every kid feels like a champion!

Who should join?

All kids who love to move – no experience needed. Whether you play soccer, basketball, rugby, volleyball, football, flag football, track or just love to run around, this training is for you! These 60-minute sessions will be filled with exciting drills, fun games and cool challenges.
