    Mission

    The mission of the Sports Performance Center is to serve as a hub that fosters social cohesion, promotes personal development, and enhances the quality of life for individuals and families within our community.

    Objective

    The new Sports Performance Center is intended to offer a vast array of programs, and services that meet the diverse needs of our community such as educational workshops, health and wellness services, classes and training, and social support networks. It will create opportunities for people to come together and connect through social events, volunteer opportunities, and collaborative projects. We plan to provide a unique and never before offered service to our community and enrich the lives of individuals and families and contribute to the overall health and vitality of the community we serve.

    About our Coaches

    At RAMP, our team of coaches have comprehensive qualifications and targeted training, and are committed to fostering long-term athletic success and well-being. Certifications, degrees, and expertise include:

    Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

    • NSCA
    • USA Weightlifting (USAW)
    • International Coaching Federation (ICF)

    First Aid, AED, and CPR Certifications

    Advanced Degrees including Master’s in Sports Science and Kinesiology.

    Rehabilitation Specialists

    FIFA 11+ for Injury Prevention and Youth Sports Development Certifications
