Please wear proper running clothes and shoes through out the season. We are still in summer, so bring water for practice!

SYC first offered Cross Country in the Fall of 2014. The SYC Cross Country program helps children improve their running skills, learn the fundamentals of running, and have a great experience. SYC's goal for Cross Country is to create a positive, encouraging environment that promotes the benefits of running and healthy living. Fall Cross Country is offered to boys and girls in 1st-8th grades of all running ability. Workouts are twice a week from early September through early November.
